Baby Retail Product Becomes a Community

01

Company: Izzy Lee’s

Industry: Baby Clothing

Services: Brand Strategy, Messaging, Website copy, Blog content

Izzy Lee’s came to us with a meaningful logo, a rainbow symbolizing a “rainbow baby,” but no cohesive brand story. We expanded that symbol into something bigger: a celebration of all journeys to parenthood, from IVF and adoption to single parenting. Rooted in Maine’s quiet magic, we created a visual language inspired by the local landscape of blueberries, lobsters, pine trees, each design subtly laced with rainbows and deeper meaning.

The brand now communicates with warmth and clarity, evolving from a baby clothing line into a platform for connection and one that stands for hope, healing, and the state of Maine. Through intentional design and collaborative storytelling, Izzy Lee’s honors the many ways families are formed. It invites people in not just to buy, but to feel seen, supported, and part of something bigger.

A Brand Strategy Rooted in Human Potential

02

Company: Nova

Industry: Talent Development & Executive Coaching

Services: Brand Strategy, Website copy, UX design

At a time when political pressure was forcing many organizations to downplay or defund diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts, Nova Collective faced a pivotal brand challenge. Their existing positioning, centered on building diverse and inclusive communities, no longer resonated in a shifting landscape. Yet their core mission endured: to unlock human potential through inclusive leadership and continuous learning. Nova needed a bold brand strategy that could preserve their values while speaking directly to a more cautious, complex climate.

We uncovered a deeper truth at the heart of Nova’s work: in a world increasingly driven by automation, human adaptability, empathy, and intelligence remain essential. This insight became the foundation for a new strategic narrative, one that positioned Nova not simply as a DEI consultancy, but as a guide for developing future-ready, emotionally intelligent leaders. Through manifesto development, website copywriting, and UX direction, we helped Nova express their work with renewed clarity and purpose. The result was a brand that firmly establishes Nova as a leader in human development for a rapidly evolving world. & Concept Development

Faces of a Maternal Mental Health Crisis

03

Company: Previa Alliance

Industry: Maternal Mental Health Tech

Services: Content Strategy, Video, Social Campaign

Previa Alliance, a maternal mental health tech company serving underserved communities, needed a campaign that could elevate a largely invisible crisis: the mental health challenges surrounding pregnancy and postpartum. They wanted to go beyond facts and figures to spark real awareness and action, reaching not just mothers, but families, caregivers, and communities at large. With strong cross-organizational partnerships and a public service goal, the campaign needed to resonate emotionally while educating broadly.

We anchored the campaign in real, lived experiences, centered on powerful testimonials from mothers and families who had faced maternal mental health crises. To ensure inclusivity and universality, we used animation and illustration instead of live action, allowing the stories to transcend identity and focus on shared human truth. Narrated by maternal mental health advocate Paige Bellenbaum, the campaign blended empathy, advocacy, and education across social media. The result was a deeply moving PSA that broadened understanding, sparked conversation, and made maternal mental health a shared responsibility turning individual stories into a collective voice for change.

Turning Traffic into Business

04

Company: Skip

Industry: Ed Tech

Services: Brand Strategy, Business Strategy, Website Copy & Build, Illustration

Skip initially approached us for a UX and color refresh, but deeper analysis revealed a more critical issue: low user conversion. Rather than simply tweaking visuals, we reimagined the entire brand and business strategy. We centered the platform around founder Chelsea Avirett’s journey from education to tech—a story that deeply resonates with Skip’s target audience—and built a brand voice that felt human, encouraging, and informed. The redesigned site moved beyond a static job board to offer a guided, personalized experience for users pivoting from education into new careers. Custom avatars, bold visuals, and tone-rich messaging made the platform inclusive and distinct.

We overhauled the user journey with a smart intake form, a tiered subscription model, and a dashboard that offered curated job matches and tools to organize the search process. The result was a fully interactive, emotionally resonant job platform that significantly improved engagement and conversion. More than a visual update, this was a full brand and business transformation, one that positioned Skip as a trusted guide for people making meaningful career transitions and for long-term business growth.

Where Story Meets Motion

05

Company: McGraw Hill

Industry: Education Publishing

Services: Motion Design

McGraw Hill approached us ahead of their 2025 National Sales Meeting to create a suite of video animations that would energize and unify the event’s visual language across multiple screens and formats. They had strong brand assets and internal messaging, but needed motion design that could carry their theme, "Accelerate" throughout the event with consistency, clarity, and impact. Working closely with their internal team, we transformed a static design system into a living, breathing animated identity. From the hero wall to the west escalator screens to ambient ballroom loops, every touchpoint was designed to elevate the experience while staying aligned to their brand voice.

Using Cinema 4D and After Effects, we created looping visuals that felt immersive without overwhelming. The work ranged from intricate shine animations across logo lockups, to ambient star fields to a looping owl animation for ALEKS, their AI learning platform. All optimized for large-format LED screens. Whether designing subtle twinkling effects or orchestrating a 20-minute seamless countdown video with alpha transparency, we ensured the motion was intentional, polished, and visually engaging.
